Spruce Up Boutique is one of the many hats I wear - and one that holds a special place in my heart. Our team is built around the same values that shape everything we do: kindness, inclusion, and connection. We aim to hire staff who share that same heart and soul, creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

One of the incredible people who brings this vision to life is Julie. With her bright smile and genuine warmth, she has become both the friendly face of the boutique and the steady rock behind the scenes. She's passionate about helping women find pieces that make them feel confident and beautiful, and she's always ready with a listening ear and an encouraging word.

Julie often says to Pascale, "My goal is to erase women saying, 'but my body…'" -a guiding lens for everything she does. Through that heart, she helps women embrace who they are and recognize beauty in every shape, size, and story.

Beyond supporting customers, Julie plays a key role in designing our website, managing social media, and most meaningfully coaching individuals with disabilities as they build confidence and develop valuable workplace skills. Her mentorship extends far beyond the walls of the boutique.
